A quick & helpful guideline for photographers to help them choose models and how to find them.
Artist's Comments
(Excuse the blurry photo quality; unfortunately this was too large to scan, and somehow cameras like to spite me when I photograph my large projects. Bah.)
Second in a series of self portraits. Here, a little bluebird has lured me upon a tree branch hanging high above a deep ravine. Alas, it is just beyond reach. As a whole, I'm not too fond of how this turned out, though I do like myself and the tree branch in this. The blue jeans are quite nice I think. Heh, I had to climb up in a tree to have the reference photos for this taken, and my poor boyfriend (the photographer) had to climb even higher. Being an artist is great sometimes. x3 Media: Nupastels on Rives, 22 x 30 inches. Reference for pose: [link] |

I love the perspective! Especially the left arm.
